Step one: Setting goals
Before we begin your project, we’ll sit with you, your key stakeholders and team members to ensure we understand exactly what needs to be done. From here, we’ll get everything in place before the project begins so everyone understands their role, and what’s expected of them. Fail to plan, and you plan to fail!
Step two: Your dedicated PM
Once we kick off your project, our dedicated team will work alongside you to keep everything up to date and on schedule. All of our clients are assigned a dedicated Root to Rise team member who will work with you every step of the way throughout the project’s duration. Whatever you need, they’ll be there!
Step three: Regular check-ins
We work with you towards our cumulative goal – so our team will adapt to make sure you’re getting everything you need. If you want to meet once a week to discuss progress, let’s do that. An email roundup every day? Sure thing! Our team adapts to fit in with your business seamlessly, to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Step four: Seamless handovers
Once we’ve completed your projects and all goals are hit on time, we’ll work to complete a seamless handover with everyone involved. We’ll also present back to your key stakeholders, explaining how the project went and the incredible work that was created by your team and everyone involved.
